Weeknote #33
This week we finally made it to a Family Dungeons & Dragons night at WellPlayed, and it was awesome! Super fun, the DM was great and understanding that we were very new. The other two players were also nice. One was very young and adorable, especially when they had to kill an enemy. The other was very knowledgeable about the game and helped the DM with some stuff. It was very fun, and I highly recommend it for people who want to learn how to play D&D.
We have a new bookstore in our town! It’s a romance bookstore, and while I don’t read a ton of romance books, a ton of the ones I do read end up having some romance in them. You can find that anywhere!
The living room continues to sit and has nothing done to it. I am ready for our living room to be back, if only for another place to hang out. I am feeling frazzled by the lack of space and topsy-turviness of things. We currently have a piece of our couch in our dining room, which makes it hard to eat there, so we end up eating in front of the TV in the playroom. We’ve been going through lots of shows, but we haven’t been talking as much as would be nice. Soon we will have it done… I hope.
