Weeknote #34
Okay, work is going on in the living room! We mostly have a ceiling! There is drywall and some plaster on the ceiling. Next week we should get the texture, then we can paint the thing. We took them painting off the quote so we could save some money. The end is in sight and we are super excited about it!
We also went to an Asheville Tourists game on Friday! Our first, and last one, of the season. Better late than never! It was great, and surprisingly they played, despite it pouring rain about 30 minutes before the game was supposed to start. I thought for sure they would cancel the game.
I had to work all weekend. I helped out with a lifeguard class as the drowning victim. There were only four people in the class, so I drowned over and over so they could rescue me as a submerged passive victim. It was kind of fun, and made the day pass by nice and quick. Plus I got to get into the water!
